Beer Tasting Notes
This ale is golden in color and effervescent with a fruity nose. A traditional Belgian Saison brewed with whole flower chamomile and orange zest to add a complex herbal and citrusy background. The 413 Farmhouse Ale is brewed with 100 percent local malt and hops from the “413”. Malt is from Turner Hill Farm in South Egremont and the hops are from Four Star Farm in Northfield, MA. Berkshire terroir!
